Where to get materials and components?

Can anyone recommend a good online store where I can get materials and components for my scratch build? I have a few bits 'n' pieces lying around but need some sheet materials and drive components.

I find SLEC very good for sheet materials- advert on this page! For hardware and components I have used Cornwall Model Boats and the Component Shop. All very reliable.

I find Cornwall Model Boats very good. Good service when things aren't quite right and if you have a varied shopping list you can often get it all there in one lot which saves postage.
