      Hi AJ..

Thanks for looking in … I will post more pics soon.

I have the deck and funnel with all the fittings on one bench and will start to sand and seal the hull.

While the hull is drying , will play about with the deck fittings.

      Best regards,

      Ian

Hi! all, I have taken pictures with my camera and thats about the size of any pictures, I can get them on model ship builder and model ship world ok. no problem. but will look at my pics and see if I can reduce them a bit,

I have just finished sanding the last glass/f. and put on the first primer looking pretty good now have just fitted the slides for the doors on the wheelhouse and built a ladder for the funnel,

just have to mark out where I will put the wheel and telegraph fix them in just thinking I may do the floor checkered first, I then have to fit the sponson thought fiber glassing it would make it look too bulk'y,

        yours is certainly looking good

            Hello Mick

You need to create an album first of all…….Then load your pictures into it before trying to post the pictures on the forum

            It`s easy really

            Bob

As AJ said… the small boat great detail,

also the funnel did you make from scratch or manage to find

the right size poli bore ?

                                      Regards,

Hi! thanks the encouragement most welcome,

the first thing I made was the lifeboat LOL!! enjoyed making it a few details to finish it but not much,

the funnel was made from a 2" dia cardboard tube soaked with shellack then continuosly rubbed down and re coated many times until sanding stopped bringing up the fuzz! then fiberglassed inside to make it strong and waterproof as I will be putting in the foggy 2 and it does get condensation inside the funnel and thats that,

more filling and rubbing down on the hull I thought I took pictures of it but couldnt find them so will take more and see if those sprites and elves leave them alone.

                                        so its goodnight ya all

                                        mick

I look forward to seeing the hull, hope you manage to upload ok…lol

a good find with the cardboard tube, I am still looking for a funnel or will have a go with poli sheet.

I have a some pics to upload later, have just put all the parts together ( loosely ) to see how it looks.

                                          Regards,

looking good! as I said wish mine was as neat, did you come across the bit about the port and starboard lights they think that they were mounted overhanging the deck on the outer edge of the floor , as the stanchions on the corner would have partially obscured the lights then they were moved onto the top of the wheel house,

cor things do move around a bit,
