Hi,

I am looking for model plans of a ship called the SS Sir Walter Scott, which is a small pleasure steamer which sails across loch Katrine in Scotland.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Melvin,

I'm not aware of any model making plans for this vessel. It may be worth contacting the operators to see if they have any small scale drawings you could use. Apparently they have a model constructed in 1992 by two enthusiasts.

I built one a number of years ago. The person I built it for obtained the plans from the owners. Here it is – Not exactly my cup of tea, as I prefer to build ships rather than boats, but it turned out to be quite an attractive little model.
