Is there a suitable smaller fish you could obtain and adapt. (You might be able to eat the rest!)?

ok thanks for your help! I have found what I am looking for but it is on Ebay USA the jaws are like £4 ech plus postage around $11 but they wont send to the Isle of man..because of the wild life?? can anyone help me out in ordering these they only post to UK mainland……….obviously ill pay all costs
