Hi Brian
I glued both ends and over the stringers and frames on the first layer.
Because it's veneer it bends easily but on the stern I prebend each one with pressure in my fingers.
Each plank requires trimming on the edge which goes up against the installed plank because of the curve of the hull.
In the stern an extra stringer on each side would have given me more gluing area.
Fill and sand the first layer and start the second layer.
Until you get the second layer on around the cockpit and engine area the hull is fairly weak.
As for the bottom I stood have used plywood from a diagonal cut across frame 2 and 3 to the stern.
This would save a stack of time.
The hull is very strong and light.
I will use 2ounce fibreglass matting in the bottom of the cockpit floor as it's a bit springing, but, the rest is OK.
The magnets with handles worked as I hoped.
