SD14 – 7′ long built of card & wood

Dear All,

After 4 years of sweat and toil, Welsh Endeavour, an SD14 general cargo ship, was finally launched onto our local pond for her maiden voyage.

we were hoping to be able to do this at Beale Park this year as it would have been 35 years to the day that the real Welsh Endeavour was launched – however after much grunting and head scratching we just couldnt get her into my 4 DOOR RANGE ROVER!!!!!!!!!

Just to prove that she does float, i have updated the photo album in the gallery.

started this model larst dec and have seen your exalent version and was wondering where you sorsed the anchers , propeler and railing stanions from.Iam keeping mine as a satic model but looks good on the water but 50lb most make it more of a problem to move.
