Well Scrappy is is almost there!!!!

Did a "float test" last week which was great as it floated with no water ingress.

My fish didn't appreciate it but Hey Ho.

The throttle refused to co-operate forward or backward (sorry astern!) but when I finally remembered the prop' was on the bench the penny dropped.

The rudder had to be reversed so a quick review of the instructions told me how to rectify things.

Cheated and got the lettering done by Barry Sullivan.

Decided skips were needed so knocked them together from ply as that was at hand. The name says it all as I have tried not to spend money and use up as much of the stuff in the shed as possible.

There is plenty to moan about but as a first attempt I am not too displeased.

Had a lot of fun and we will shortly see what the Crewe club think. Ahhhhggggg!!!

Again thanks for the help received from the core members with advice and ideas nicked from threads.

I am trying to put pic's up but getting no joy attaching so will keep trying.
