Rigging a model Star Baby?

As I am absolutely new to sailing models,I would be grateful for some help.

Vic Smeeds plan is short on detail,where should the winch be placed? and what are low friction bushes? I have completed the model and have a suit of sails and accessories from Nylet,but am stuck at this stage. Many Thanks to anyone who can help.Dave Joyce.

This might help you a bit on the rigging but as to where you put the winch I don't know, as I'm not that good at that part myself, but the picture might do some good, I try and find another picture I have somewhere.
