Hello Everyone.
In the course of refurbishing my HMS Duke of York, I'll need to remove plywood strips from inside the base of the GRP hull which (I think) have been epoxied in place.
I don't much fancy hacking away with a chisel or similar in case I damage the hull. What I think I'm after is a very fine sharp blade curved in the same plane as the cutting axis such that I can gradually slice the ply away without coming into contact with the hull.
Any advice on the sort of blade or tool which might be fit for purpose or other tips on this intended excavation would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,
Paul.
