 Bedford Model Engineering Society are in the process of  installng a sectional pond , 12-15" above groudn levell. Caan any one tell me the safety requirents for public spectators or indice a source of info. please.

 I suggest that you contact the HSE and your local authority to ask for advice on specific rules and recommendations,
