No it is not!
To clear the cache try this:
Click on Hamburger sign in top right of screen. (Hamburger sign is the three short horizontal bars piled on top of each other, a "geek" told me this as I was baffled by the term!
)
Then click on "Options"
Then click on "Advanced"
A box will appear telling you how many megabutes in your cache. There is also a button to press to "clear cache" This worked for me with Windows 7, so maybe similar with you on Windows 10!
I cleared my cache this morning, and already there is another 121 mb in it!
