Hiya each,

 

Introducing myself and some advice pls.

I did r/c marine modelling many years ago …Then family took over etc etc.

 

Now I have time on my hands again I thought I would get back to models ( I had a brief affair with r/c helicopters ) good fun but I was never going to be good or quick enough.

 

I would like to start building small static models, nothing too difficult to start with, although i’m not a complete novice… I’ve seen pics of an 18′ cutter ( a tender / rowing boat type ) pls excuse my ignorance, so something along those lines.

 

If anyone can point me to a site or supplier of kits etc i would be most gratefull.

Don’t have any personal experience of Midwest Kits, but think they have been around for quite a long time – they’re based in the USA.
