new “club”?

Would anyone be interested in starting a new gathering of like souls in the Outwell, Upwell, March type area of the Fens?

The idea being no costs, no hiring out of the way waters, a beer at the end of the session in a nearby hostelry and meet whenever you like. How's that? It's a river, a canalised river, with no appreciable flow. It's about 25 feet wide and we can get to both sides for recovery/access. There's a slipway too and a bridge so you can walk over and be on tother side. If you go a bit further down there's no reason why you can't have IC either. We did once before and had Millar Agnew and his mates racing F1s with OPS and Rossi outboards! Kings Lynn is too far away and they want subs money. This would be just a loose assembly of model boaters. Meet up when you like, as often as you like.
