Motor/prop combination for Lesro 34.5″ Vosper crash tender

I would appreciate advice on a brushless motor size/prop combination for the Lesro 34.5" Vosper crash tender. For simplicity, I would prefer to use direct drive. I would also like to include a pump for realistic fire fighting. Any ideas for that would also be helpful.

Captain Calamity (aka Bob Abell) has eventually had success with these guys' 38mm 1250KV brushless motor and 45A speed controller in his model Ellie, which is just about the same size as your Crash Tender. Might be a good place to start?
For a monitor pump I'd suggest either the Graupner 12v pump #1951 or CEM #300 pump, run from a third channel via an ACTion P91 High Current switch. **LINK** Note that few of these pumps are rated for running continuously for more than about 30 seconds at a time.

I imagine it's the 40mm 2-bladed one listed just below it. Bobable can confirm this.

Would a speed controller be an OK alternative to the P91 for controlling the CEM #300?
