Margaret is a 50 inch English cabin cruiser model designed by John L Langford Glasgow Scotland

THe plans for building Margharet were sold by Bassett Lowke. I bought a copy of the origin]nal plans rom The Model Dockyard. The plans are two fulll sized sheets 60 inches X 34 inches . The boat was built sometime e in the 1960s or 1970s

The boat is powered by a TAYCOL supemarine motor and propulsion system

I acquired the Margaret in August 2015 and added RC rudder control

She looks fabulous David and has just the right patina of age. I can't wait to see some photos of her afloat if you ever get round to it- or maybe you don't want to risk her in the water. She'd certainly look nice with a brass or bronze prop too.
