Hello,

I seem to be going round in circles with my model boat subscription.

I had a print only subscription now upgraded to print and digital.

I can read magazine on pocketmages but cannot access archive – want to see Dec 2011 mag.

The model boat website has option on tool bar for "Magazines" – this does not work for me – it refers to the fact that my sub is print only – should this work?

Any help much appreciated

Could be your upgrade hasn't gone through yet with the upgrade, contact the payment line they are very good at sorting these probe out

Thank you Mark – I think you are correct – I think I am stuck waiting for my profile to change…

Can anyone tell me if you have a print and digital subscription, login to http://www.modelboats.co.uk and select the "Magazines" option (5th across from "Settings&quot what would you expect to access. Is it the archive or just a message saying that since ealier in 2014 you can longer access unless you upgrade?

I haven't looked at the online magazine for some time but decided to do that today. Every time I click on a front cover to see a particular issue a popup says that I need to upgrade my Adobe Flash Player as it must be version 9 or above. I went to the Adobe site and downloaded the latest version (15) but I still get the upgrade message – is this a genuine pop up or is it a malicious/malware message that I am getting ? Anyone else had a problem like this ? Incidentally my PC has a reputable security programme which I also keep up to date and it has not flagged up any issue.

Update. I tried again – same as before and got a pop up. However I noticed a small icon at top right of pop up in the shape of a blue ring with a line through it. I clicked on the associated button and it said some content blocked to avoid any privacy compromise – it also said that ActiveX was blocked. I unblocked ActiveX and the on-line magazines could then be opened. So …. problem solved but you need to ensure that Active X controls are allowed.
