The plan is copyright of MyhobbyStore. If a spare complete copy of the magazine is being sold on eBay then that is fine.

If photocopies of the plan and article are being sold then that is not acceptable.

Back issues and/or photocopies are available from MyHobbystore, and cheaper than the eBay price as well.
