Hi All,

New to the forum and to rc boats. Coming from a flying background mostly brushless I'm keen to get my MTB 488 built and in the water.

Anyone out there built one?

Any advise, hints or tips

Welcome to our docile little backwater.

I am sure that someone has built the 488 but sometimes the easiest way to gain information from our enlightened but computer shy brotherhood is to ask a specific technical question and accompany the request with a couple of photos showing the problem area.

The hermits usually come out when they can see a pretty picture……..but don't hold your breath.

Not built one of those, but as Paul says, someone her may well have done. Show us where your at and let us know what you need help with. Although Brushless maybe some what of a stretch based on previous posts. We can give it a go though. Also name is good too, a bit more personal.
