Hi anyone advise as to how the Bowsprit and/ or the mast can be moved removed on the Archer for transporting

I had the same problem way back in 1999

I cut the mast about 50mm above the deck and made a brass sleeve about 75mm long that was a loose fit over the mast

To lower the mast…..Lift the sleeve up and slide the mast away…..And the mast can then be laid flat for transport

With a bit of care and practice, the rigging needn't get tangled

Aaaargh! wont be able to do that when I collect it any other way and what about the bowsprit if I can get that out the way might get in on its side
