Hi larry i took the fruit box apart last night withn the use of a black and decker cuting tool , best prez my ex bought me , and the i sat in front of the telly sanding down all the wood and its not come up 2 bad . As it's a nice dray day i bought my leander out and give it a coat of paint but i feel it may have to have a coat or two of fibergflass as i'm not that happy with the hull althogh it's been gioiven serveral coats of paint and varnish i am not 100% sure of how watertight it will be as its to big for the bath . I think i will have to call in a favor and get somefriend to take me to a nice quiet spot of water as i i take it to a busy park and it sinks or keels over i wont feellike a right plonker !!!!!!
