just like to say hello to all, I have came in to this hobby is a strange way, always wanted to start up .

just last week my mind was made up for me when at work I went to recycle centre to do a job and there was a boat

after some research on internet I found it was a sea queen made in the 1960,s

it is 46 inch long, if I can figure out to post photos I will do soon (any help welcome on posting photos

Welcome Stevie,

Yes the Sea Queen was a 1960's Aerokit classic and has been reissued in recent years by Jotika.

To post photos you need to create an album and you can them move the photos into Forum posts or simply provide a link to the album.

hi colin, I am in west Lothian just outside Edinburgh, it would be good to meet up with some of them to get some ideas and help with this project

does anyone know what scale the sea queen is, ever time I find them up for sale when I look at scale it says N/A at it

length 46 inches and width 15 inches, hope this helps

There was no "real" Sea Queen but the scale of the model would be about 1/8.

if its any help there was 2 life belts stuck on side of boat which I do believe came with the kit,

they are 50mm across, hope this helps
