Hi! all would like to introduce myself to MB My name is John and I have just Bought myself a New hull and plans of a trawler The kingston peridot at this moment in time I have not started too build yet as this is my first Big model trying to work out where to start Any help would be nice many thanks John

Welcome .. you have big build in front of you …..i have built and sailed this model,

total scratch build , not a true build peridot but type of north sea trawler sailing from Hull .

log in on Hull model group some good builds on there and info

all my winches are scratch built, so are the gallows .

if keep your postings on forum, you will get more response you are talking to me on messages,

the winches are not that hard to scratch build and the gallows are built a simple card jig using

plastic sections,
