![]() 914 forum posts 559 photos | Hi Zdenek, I have recently purchased the Spray plan. The drawing is 5/8 scale 1:19.2 It is in one sheet. Details are shown for both the Sloop Rig and the Yawl Rig (at 1/4 model size. The plan is in need of darkening some lines (probably as the original is faded). The plan offers a false lead keel for a sailing model. It is my intention to commence this model after the current project is finished. Overall verdict - not over detailed and typical of Vic Smeeds plans. Certainly worth the money. |

![]() 7 forum posts | Hi Tony, Many thanks for your information. I was just wondering whether it is much different from what I have in my "archive". It seems this plan is almost the same level as I have. Thank you. |

![]() 914 forum posts 559 photos | Hi Zdenek Just an enquiry as to find out whether or not you started building this model? If so please let me know as I am considering this as my next model. It would also be an entry into scale sail. Best Regards, Tony. |

We welcome well written contributions from Website members on almost any aspect of Model Boating with a particular emphasis on practical hints, tips, experience and builds.
In order to maintain a consistent standard and format, all suggestions should first be sent to me by Personal Message for approval in principle. Only a very limited amount of time is available for editing contributions into a suitable format for placing on the website so it is important that the material is well presented, lucid and free from obvious spelling errors. I think it goes without saying that contributions should be illustrated by appropriate photos. I shall be happy to give advice on this.
The Member Contribution area offers space for short informative mini articles which would not normally find a place in Model Boats magazine. It is an opportunity for Website Members to freely share their expertise and experience but I am afraid that virtue is its own reward as there is no budget to offer more material recompense!
I look forward to receiving your suggestions.
