10 forum posts | I am looking for a full set of 1/24 fittings for the Precedent K.D. Perkasa. Model Dockyard used to carry them and they were made by TMD but are no longer available. Maybe someone out there has a set that they would like to sell. If so, please email me and I will arrange to purchase. email fasttrackmgnt@shaw.ca |

![]() 308 forum posts 103 photos | Hi Fred You could try www.macsmouldings.co.uk he does fittings for all large scale boats and has quite a bit of stuff like torpedoes, hatches, and the like. Hope this helps Peter |

10 forum posts | Peter, Thanks for the lead. I have looked at Macs Mouldings and he definitely has some fittings that I can use and will order. The problem that I am having is that there are a number of suppliers for 1/24 fittings but they are WW2, the Perkasa is 1960 and the fittings changed after WW2. Again, thanks for your help, Fred |

We welcome well written contributions from Website members on almost any aspect of Model Boating with a particular emphasis on practical hints, tips, experience and builds.
In order to maintain a consistent standard and format, all suggestions should first be sent to me by Personal Message for approval in principle. Only a very limited amount of time is available for editing contributions into a suitable format for placing on the website so it is important that the material is well presented, lucid and free from obvious spelling errors. I think it goes without saying that contributions should be illustrated by appropriate photos. I shall be happy to give advice on this.
The Member Contribution area offers space for short informative mini articles which would not normally find a place in Model Boats magazine. It is an opportunity for Website Members to freely share their expertise and experience but I am afraid that virtue is its own reward as there is no budget to offer more material recompense!
I look forward to receiving your suggestions.
